First you get a little pad than you set it up and it tells you how fat you are and you pick out a personal trainer (i picked the stacked chick in the sports bra). than you do these exercises to do push ups your hands are no more than a foot apart and they make you hold the down position, oh it lets you know if you are shaking or not cause it can feel it. Sorry to all the personal trainers but nintendo is putting you out of a job. its hard work to play this game if you can call it that. but if you want to stay in shape get it.

well another mothers day has come and gone. the brother came home from new york he was around just as long as mothers day was cause he left about 48 hours after he showed up. the weekend was good a little rainy but i made it through. the mom had the whole family in town and together at the cabin so she was happy and we built her a picnic table.
